If my memory serves me right the above was a response to AUPO/PSWA case against the 1999 pay hike order. A case which they lost. By the way S C Nayak is not PSA. His crimes are not that of PSA's. He was just one of the presidents we had.
pswa never losses the case . Existing leadership still is not on the right way. They are trying to justify the frauds instead of contributing some thing for justice to any body.
