The above documents prove that PSA of AIR & DD is not a registered association. It is also proved that there was an attempt made to register. However PSA of AIR & DD is the only recognised association for prog staff of AIR & DD.
Association gets legal status only after registration in terms of Society Registration Act 1860. Therefore, without legal status nobody can be RECOGNISED. AIR DD staff has been cheated interms of Lacks of Rupees by showing PSA as REGD. association.However PSWA is going to flash five year old Govt. order inwhich it has been clearly declared that'PSA of AIR & DD is not RECOGNISED association'.
